I couldn't decide which image to use, so I'm uploading both. This is the Windows logo with the blue screen of death put into the blue section of the flag. To make the image I used the pen tool and traced the logo. I then filled the colors with gradients. Then I took the words from the bsod and found a font that was similar, then warped the words to fit in the flag.
